Auto flight

A single axis autopilot with heading hold is on airplanes with IFR. Heading hold is used with directional gyro input and can have VOR, GPS or Localizer input as required.
Dual-axis autopilot is available. The dual-axis system gives both vertical speed and altitude hold selection. The autopilot on this aircraft uses a pitch servo, a pitch trim servo and a roll servo. GFC-700 is a dual-axis autopilot with heading, altitude, and vertical speed hold
